A 16,000 lb cradle boat lift installed on an existing slip-side dock at a waterfront residence at The Moorings — Indian River County permitted, no FDEP authorization required for slip-internal work.

A 65-foot dune crossover replacement with sea-turtle-safe lighting at a beachfront residence at Riomar — FDEP Joint Coastal Permit and Indian River County coastal construction permit obtained.

Quail Valley
A 30-foot golf cart bridge installation over an irrigation canal at Quail Valley, authorized by Indian River Farms Water Control District and built to carry standard golf cart load with a long-service structural margin.
